What you eat before a workout sets the tone for your performance. Aim for a balanced meal or snack with quality carbs and protein 60–90 minutes before training to keep your energy levels steady and your muscles primed for work.

Skip the lazy stretches — your warm-up should activate the muscles and movements you’ll actually use in your session. Think dynamic mobility drills, light jogging, and movement prep to fire up your body and prevent injury.
